Microsoft Xbox 360 Support Issues

I find it sad to have a buddy of mine tell me about how bad his experience was with Microsoft when dealing with the delivery of his replacement xbox 360. The crazy thing about it all is that it started with a change of address... to read the whole story visit the Xbox Forums. If you have ever had a similar issue please feel free to leave a comment about your Xbox 360 customer support issue.

Well apparently after doing a little search via Youtube.com there is a bunch of other xbox 360 gamers who have experienced the same if not similar issues with Microsoft Xbox support. (view video below) You would think since people spend $300+ on their games system you would get a little better customer support... especially if they want to keep getting money from us by having us buy their games. As for myself I try to hit up GameStop to buy they used games. (el cheapo)

well after i've seen some amazing wordpress templates all over the place and I'm thinking about giving my blog a make over and running it in wordpress... i know it's a little crazy.. but, if you review all the bigg bloggers out there such as Shoemoney, John Chow, and Problogger you will notice they are running on the wordpress platform and they have some clean looking design to them. So not only are the bigg bloggers using them the php that goes along with using blogger will give me a challenge which will help me learn a little more php along the way... which is a good thing :)

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of one of my blogs. This same time last year ( october 31, 2006 ) I created a Blog that would allow people to promote, advertise, or simply leave a link to your Myspace profile or Myspace Band. The site is pretty well set by having 550 people who have left their Myspace profile link and it has a Page Rank of 2... where as it was a PR 4 the other day before Google did the whole page rank screw up thing. My new Halo3 - xBox 360 Console

Although I still don't have the Halo3 game yet I do have the Halo3 console. It all happened this past weekend it went to my local Best Buy store to exchange my current / original xbox 360 because mine was messing up. But, when I get there the person behind the counter says that they were out of the original xbox 360's. So I was like WTF??? you're kidding me right..?? I asked if I could pay the difference and get the elite or the Halo 3 version and she said yeah I could pay $50 more and get the elite or just pay nothing and get the Halo3 version... I was like "I'll gladly take the Halo 3 version" So pretty much needless to say all I had to do was renew my service plan for 2yrs ($59.99) and the Halo 3 console is mine... That made my weekend! :)

My New Cellphone Purchase

I recently got purchased a new Cellphone. I picked the Palm 755p Dark Blue Smartphone (Sprint). It's really niccce and easy to manage... I tried the Upstage Phone for like two weeks but, then decided it was waaay too hard to text someone with that phone. However the music capabilities the phone offered were awesome..

I had the Sprint Pocket PC 6700 before I started looking for a new phone. And the only reason I wanted a new phone is because the little joystick that helps you navigate the phone stopped working... and needless to say I forgot to purchase the Phone Insurance at the time. Ehhh that's pretty much how it works... I don't buy the Insurance and it breaks and when I buy the insurance it last forever.

Recent Ringling Museum Visit

We recently took a day trip with a few friends to visit the Ringling Museum over in Sarasota, FL. I've gone there a several times before however, I think the last time I went was around January of 2005. My one friend has a blog with some great photos she captured on the trip. Over all the trip was pretty fun! I must say since that last time I visited the museum they have revamped the whole visitor center into a huge place. I guess that was why they raised the prices a bit... But, if you are ever in or around the Sarasota area it is one place you should check out.

Personal Xbox 360 Gamerscore Milestone

ahhhh... I went out and bought a few used games (NHL 2k6 and College Hoops 2k6) yesterday they are older games so they give higher gamer points when you earn achievements within the game. Well, while I was playing them I just happened to notice my gamerscore when a friend of mine sent me a message on Xbox live. I was like holy hell... I just broke a gamer score of 10,000 I was pretty stoked considering i'm somewhat of a gamer point whore according to some of my friends. Well I just thought I'd share some of my happiness with you...

GI John Doe Mode Rainbow 6 Vegas - Xbox 360

Well apparently when you start a game in Rainbow 6: Vegas and you see "GI John Doe Mode" pop across your screen you start to think what the hell...?? well i did some research and came across theses directions to do that game mode...

Here is what you do when you host a game online, start the game, next hit the start button; hold L2, and then press L3(2), X, R3(2), O, L3(2), square, R3(2), triangle.

You must do it the correct way or you will restart the match... my advice would be to try it with some of your friends in a room at first and if it works do it on a 10+ match.
If you have done it the right way then Alpha team's / bullets turn neon blue, Bravo Team's bullets turn neon red.

Now if and when you are playing Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow and you want the laser bullets / trails you would do the following code to activate them...
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, click Right Analog-stick(2) during game play.
Just to let everyone know... I have not tried theses codes because I do not host matches I just play against friends I know and have met online. So if the above codes work please leave a comment and let everyone know...

I just went to get a tire replaced on my car and while I was in traffic to get to the Discount Tire Co. I happened to look down at my odometer and just under my odometer it reads the outside temperature of 107° F. Rainbow Six Vegas - Wartown Turret Glitch

There is a kick ass turret glitch in one of the Rainbow 6 Vegas map packs (the new Black Edition). It's in the Wartown map here is how you do it...

you go to the middle turret gun (not the one near your spawn its between both spawn points)
you stand next to the window...
you press the LT trigger as if to look out the window but look at the gun
the "A" button will show with the word Turret
press "A" then wait about a second or two ..
Then before you know it you can walk around with the what seems to be the gun but it also looks as if you are driving a Harley or breakdancing!!
You can now kill people like crrrazy!

Losing $200,000 in Google Adsense

WOW.. when my account was banned from my Google Adsense I thought I had it rough just loosing my $6,000 - $8,000 for one month. But, then when I came across the story of two twins losing a $200k Adsense fortune I kinda felt relieved. Because I think I would rather lose what I lost then what they lost. Granted I was depressed and upset with myself when I couldn't log into my account I could have only imagined what I would have done with the knowledge of loosing $200,000. And to top it all off at the end of the month around the time I usually got paid by Google I checked my bank account and I nearly had a heart attack because believe it or not Google Paid me!

Branding yourself within community sites...

After joining a few online communities such as MyBlogLog, Blog Catalog, Bumpzee and a few others. I've noticed only a few people who carry over their little icons from community to community. I see this as a great way to let people know who I am when I join a community that way they recognize me by my icon and know who and what type of topics I tend to discuss.

To the left is what my icon looks like when I join a community. so when you see this little icon show up within your recent visitors list you know that I've visited your site.

Now a while ago I touched on the subject of people using attractive female images to entice people to click on their image just to get a visit to their community page. When this happens and I read to find out that it's a guy using a girls image I don't even bother to visit their site let along join their community.

Can't find Rainbow 6 Vegas Black Map Pack...

Well if you were like me search the marketplace like a crazy person trying to find the latest Rainbow Six Vegas maps known as the Black Edition.. then you might be a little disappointed reason being they pulled the maps because of few things; the custom faces went blue and yellow and there were too many glitches on the maps. So it pretty much sucks that they won't be back on until 2 - 3 weeks from now.. ughh!

The song is by Peter, Bjorn & John - and it's called Young Folks I instantly thought hmmmm... i've seen this style of cartoon/video before it didn't hit me until one of my friends mention SeaLab 2021. I can across an article today titled "Nation's Joggers Sick Of Finding Dead Bodies" after just reading the title I was like wtf?

So, I started to read the article... and man ohh man there are some funny quotes in it such as... "My brother's a baker, but he never opens his oven to find a severed head inside." and I found the best one is from a former St. Paul, MN jogger named Derek Janowitz... "I wanted to find something to replace running, so I took up fishing, " "That is, until my canoe bumped into that floating [strangling] victim." "I finally just gave up and bought a Stairmaster"

Sebastian Inlet Fishing

This past weekend was a very fun and relaxing good time. We took a little fishing trip to Sebastian Inlet with some friends who have never been there. Needless to say we didn't catch anything except rocks and seaweed. However, we got to see a Manatee and a family of idiot jump off a fishing dock into deep water. The crazy thing is that when we get back home my friend sends me a link to a "How to Guide" which shows us where to go to catch certain fish. We were kicking ourselves over not finding it before going fishing... but ehhh there is always next time!

How to Reset your Rank in Rainbow 6 Vegas

When people get ranked up in Rainbow 6 there is a limit and the limit is that of an Elite. Well after you get the achievement for becoming an Elite a lot of people are reseting their ranks and starting over. Here are the directions on How to reset you rank in Rainbow 6 Vegas: First thing to do is to go to "Player info" in the Xbox Live menu then select "Service Record". When the Service Record screen is up you must hold down both left and right triggers, you will then be prompted with a message to reset your rank.

I'm not one to watch The View or Agree with Rosie O'Donnell but, I must say in my opinion I actually agree with her and the way she blew up on the blonde chick (Elisabeth Hasselbeck) if you watch the whole clip you will see Elisabeth Hasselbeck interrupt ~~a few times~~ several times. At some point in the clip the battle gets heated enough to where they put them on split screens.

PGR 3 - xbox360 - Exotic Car Achievement

I recently purchased Project Gotham Racing 3 for my xBox 360 and I completed the Achievements for owning specific cars (Ferrari & Lamborghini) to obtain Gamer Points. Well when it came to one achievement I was stumped... I couldn't figure out which cars were the exotic cars I purchased 3 garages worth of cars and still did figure it out. So I thought hmmmm... they must be similar to the ones that are already listed in the achievement description and sure enough they were. Here is a list of all the Exotic cars you have to purchase in order to get the achievement;

Ouch... it has been a while...

It has been about a month since I last posted anything on my blog... (sorry for all my followers) but, I was in the process of redoing my home office. Some of the things I did to my home office were remove the 1970's wallpaper (cost $56) which was a major main in the ass, then I thought i'd be really creative and re-texturize my walls (cost $105). Well needless to say it was a BIG disaster I got the plaster stuff all over the place... the ceiling, the doors, the windows, the carpet... it was a mess! So since the carpets were a mess the next best thing to do was to replace them with something I like so I used a laminate wood flooring (cost $405) which is really nice. The over all out come is awesome and I'm still amazed at the fact that I did it myself. The total cost for everything was in the range of about $600 so that's not too bad.

Stealing another persons design

I knew people liked my designs but I didn't think it would come to them stealing them... WTF? Well here is how it started... a few days ago I noticed an increase of traffic to my portfolio site. I though hmmm another blog or a creative CSS based site liked my work and wrote up something about me. But, I never thought it would come to what I saw when I clicked on the referral link that was giving me traffic... I was like Holy Hell you have got to be kidding me!!! I was like who the hell steals someones site and leaves the statistics tracking code on the site...???? WHO?? Well I'll tell you who theses Stupid Thieving Jack Asses! ElansiaProducciones.com.ar that link is pretty much a carbon copy of my Portfolio located at Digiala.com I find it a bit crazy because they left pretty much everything the same... font, link colors, navigation location, etc.

Back from Philadelphia... Finally

Well I took a mini-vacation to Philadelphia this past week and I only remember the reasons why I don't live there anymore. Such as the freezing cold weather once I got off the plane and the always dead looking trees they have up there... not to mention the run down buildings and deserted gas stations at almost every corner. But, a few good things that they state offers are still my favorites like... Rita's water ice and a WaWa instead of a 7-11. They also have some of the best cheese steak places around! Places like Jim's Steaks and Gino's Steaks and I can't forget the pretzels from the Pretzel Factory and not the guy on the corner with the pee soaked bag of pretzels from the guy on the corner street (the one which everyone loves but me...) mmmmmmm.... There was also a day trip involved where we went to IKEA because like I said in past posting we don't have one in Florida yet. I didn't get too much because I didn't want to have to carry it back on the Plane so I picked up their catalog and tab like every page for the things I want to get. I also ventured over to Atlantic City for a night to gamble some... and of course I didn't win... I have better luck on the Casino Cruises like Sun Cruz Casino and Sterling Casino that port out of Cape Canaveral down here in Florida. Aside from all the gambling and food the flight back down to Florida was terrible on my ears I come home talking soft because I could hear myself talk and it was loud to me. I hate Air Plane pressure!

Well after playing the Co-op Split screen Terrorist Hunt in Rainbow Six Vegas twice! I knew there was something wrong when I didn't get the achievement the second time around. I figured... ehhh I must have forgotten a few stages or something but nope... I played all them through and no achievement... I was a little ticked off! So I asked around and I was told that there is some sort of error or glitch to where you can play the Single Player Terrorist Hunt and get the Achievement for the Co-op Split screen Terrorist Hunt. So I played the Single Player Terrorist Hunt and sure enough I got the Achievement. So if you plan on getting the "Co-op Split screen Terrorist Hunt" Achievement take my advice and just play the Single Player version first and save yourself some time and headache.

Pay off my credit cards, student loans, my cars, and my house. (roughly $600k)

Pay off my Parents House and My in-laws House. (roughly $700k for both)

Give my family and friends a huge chunk of change (divide $2 million between them all)
Granted I said I would pay off my current house but, only to give it to a family member so I could buy a few of theses Flat Pak Homes in and around Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. (roughly $1 million)

I beat Rainbow Six Vegas

Well..... at least the Normal Difficulty Campaign... not the Realistic Difficulty Campaign. So by beating the Campaign I unlocked the following achievements; Tough Hombre (30 Points), High Roller (30 Points), High Climber (30 Points), Street Cleaner (30 Points), Hell Hound (30 Points), Dam Buster (30 Points). However while obtaining the Campaign Achievements I also acquired the "Equipment Specialist" Achievement by doing the following... To avoid losing my Frag Grenades or Incendiary bombs what I would do when I came to an Outfitting Box I'd switch through each item once. Then kill myself then go back to the Outfitting Box and replace it with something I didn't use yet. By going through each of them once I unlocked the Achievement. Because, the Achievement states... "Used all Gadgets at least once in single player Story".

But just recently I started going through 1 & 1 to get my domain names because of how cheap they are even without a "Promo Code". The 1 & 1 Domain names are just $5.99 whereas the Godaddy domains even with a "Promo Code" can only get as cheap as $6.99...Unless you buy some of their packaged products like hosting, security, and other stuff along thoses lines. Rainbow 6 Restricted Equipment Glitch

When you enter an online xBox Live game in Rainbow Six and there is "Restricted Frag Grenades" there is a way to unrestrict them so you can use them... however if you do this glitch tehm you more then likely are going to get kicked from the game. But that's the price you pay... Here is how to do it..

when the game is started press start to pause the game.
scrool down to equipment in the menu to your right click it.
next you'll see your equpment menu pop up.
to do the glitch just press your ( Y ) button to reset your weapons.
now run around like a crazy man and kill people with your grenades.. it's that easy!

Bring back Old School Cartoons...

Everynight before I go to bed I turn on The Cartoon Network Channel which is an all cartoon channel. And as I read the upcoming shows I look for some old school cartoons.. I can't find any. I just wish they would bring back the old cartoons like The Flintstones, The Smurfs, or Tom & Jerry. Granted they were a little harsh at times however the creativity of the cartoons is what made them interesting... for instance in a Tom & Jerry cartoon there was hardly ever any voices in the cartoon it was mainly background music based. And as for The Flintstones and The Smurfs almost every episode it was as if the cartoon was trying to teach the viewer a lesson in life.

Fake Rainbow 6 Elites

Last night I was playing Rainbow 6 when the guy that was hosting the Team Sharp Shooter game booted an Elite... I thought hmmm.. that was strange so I asked him why boot an Elite and he said "if he doesn't have the achievement then he's a fake elite" I was like really? then he said... "yeah if the player doesn't have the achievement then it means that they signed into someone elses account/name and copied the file to their name and played as that person but, if you play as a person from Colonel up you'll get the achievement" So now I pretty much check the Player cards when I'm waiting in the lobby of the game before it starts.

Finding 3 Column Blogger Template

I've been trying to find a 3 column template for classic blogger but, all I keep coming across is awesome 3 column templates for Wordpress. I've tried to work with Wordpress but it drives me crazy that you have to pay for every little step you want to take in order to add this or add that.

In addition to the Wordpress templates I keep finding some good templates for the new beta Blogger but, I don't want to keep tweaking the template to get it to look like a blog I want. Reason being is that Myspace is like the King of Social Networking almost like Google is King of Search Engines. So why would I want to deal with all the other smaller networking sites when no doubt the people who have a profile in the smaller networking site will more then likely have a Myspace profile. Well enough about who's better then who when it comes to Social Networks. That's right Viacom Sues Google Over YouTube Clips. The Media conglomerate Viacom Inc . sued Google Inc. and its Internet video-sharing site YouTube for more than $1 billion on Tuesday in the biggest challenge yet to the Web search leader's strategy to dominate the online video market.

So pretty much when it all comes down to it the internet is "All about the Money!" Why go for over a billion..? why not several million...? Well i tried to find out what some of my local colleagues are making (salary wise) who are in the same industry as myself or better yet who are doing the same thing as I am. I tried to use the site Salary.com because they have a salary wizard on there site that helps you with what locals in your area are making as well as what the employers are paying. Well, here's the thing.... I can't find my job tile on the site anywhere... granted there are job titles on there that are similar to my profession but the description that is given is way to intense compared to what I do. Generating Revenue from sites

Way back in 2002 when I first generated a commission sale from my first site it was as if I sold the first thing on ebay... better yet seeing someone actually willing to buy something from me was exciting enough. So as the years go by commissions and revenue started to climb higher and higher.. but as the years progressed i've noticed alot after reviewing my revenue and site statistics. The main thing that i've noticed is that just because a site is generating alot of traffic doesn't really mean it's going to generate revenue. For some of my sites it's like as if they have a roller coaster track they are following. Which explains the roller coaster revenue checks that i've received from them. ehhh i figure it's just one of thoses hurdles that I have to go with when it comes to online marketing my own sites.

When it comes to the game of CRACKDOWN some of the achievements are pretty easy to get.. however I have gotten stuck on a few and one of them was the "Shot-putter" achievement. Well not any more I found out how to get the achievement. Here is what I did and you can do too... take a body to the middle of the longest bridge on the map and throw it into the water. By doing this the depth of the water counts as feet.

Using Celebrities to Feed traffic to your Blog or Website.

While doing online marketing research for a few months on trying to find ways to get people to my site without having to pay for traffic. So pretty much I've come to the conclusion that if you use a celebrities in anyway possible on your site or blog you will gain traffic. For instance if I were to create a simple page of "Paris Hilton" and her bad behavior i'd get alot more traffic to my site just because of the simple fact I used "Paris Hilton" as a key topic on my site. It's a simple marketing tactic that i've started to use just for the simple fact it saves on traffic spends per month. However, I don't recommend this is for everyone.. but it has worked for myself.

New Crackdown Game

I recently purchased the game known as Crackdown. When I first downloaded the DEMO for the game it seems to be pretty easy to play... well "pretty easy" isn't the name for it... i've had the game for about a week now and I almost have it beat. the missions to kill the gang leaders in the game is waaay to easy and the only thing that i've found to be difficult in the game is finding all thoses mystery orbs and green orbs that cover the tops of buildings. Here are some awesome screen shots of the game... Bridge Explosion, Hanging High, and Car Jacking.

xBox Live 360 Games

WoodsPGA Tour 2006. Granted it's great building up your

Recently I've entered the job market to increase the incoming revenue to my household. However, I have found that people who post jobs really don't know what they are posting if I go to an Interview for an "Internet Marketing" position and then all of a sudden the position they start to describe to me is a totallynot an Internet Marketing position. It drives me crrrazy because from their job posting it describes PPC maintenance and link building, and Serch Engine Optimization involvement but, once the mention of thoses jobs came up in the interview they mentioned they outsource them. I ask myself why in the world do people include something like that in their job posting if they don't do it... strange stuff!

Rainbow 6 Glitches

Recently i've been on xBox live playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas. However i've been playing it alot more since i found out that there is a points glitch that allows you to gain crazy points at the end of each xBox Live game. Some people have been saying you can only do the glitch for two games but i've actually played with someone where we did the glitch like 7 time and then someone pressed a button at the end. Here are the steps on how to do the Rainbow 6 Points glitch.

Start Rainbow Six Vegas and Host a player match Sharpshooter game on xBox Live.
Next go to settings and change rounds to 20 rounds its normally 3
Make sure the Teams are even. (5 on 5 is the best bet the more people the more chances that people screw up the game at the end)
When you have the room filled with the amount of people you want to battle with. Tell them that at 20 seconds before the end of the game to Put their controllers down. (this is where people screw it up)
Next start the ranked team sharpshooter match when everyone is ready or it won't work.
Then go to "Match Settings" and change to team survivor 3 minutes and launch game. This should work about 20 times. If it works you should get about 1500 points if you didn’t kill yourself and around 800 points if you killed yourself.

Here are a few resources on how to do the glitch... GameSpot, ieatn00bs4breakfast, and GameFAQ's. I don't advice this however it does work and you get crrrrazy rankings in a little bit of time. According to SearchEngineLand and RedHerring Google has bought Adscape Media for $23 million WOW! that is crazy! I wish Google would start looking for little guys ideas to buy because I have plenty of them to offer. It seems as if Google is going a little wild theses days to buy up as much Internet properties that are doing good in order to create and advertising challenge to the smaller companies on the Internet. It's almost like the the whole large Wal Mart store syndrome where big companies come in and buy up the area of sales where it leaves the smaller companies trying to sell the same out in the cold.
